摘要
随着非农化对乡村治理微观经济基础和治理结构的根本性改变,乡土公共性处在结构性与功能性转换之中。一方面,传统乡土公共性趋于解构,其凝聚、教化、维稳等积极功能面临挑战。另一方面,非农化背景下,乡土公共性再生产又遭遇重构之困。作为治理生态的重要组成部分,乡土公共性与乡村治理变革共生又互构。乡土公共性的结构功能转换以及再生产倒逼,要求与助推乡村治理变革,构成了乡村治理变革的重要社会基础。
Rural publicity is transforming between structure and function with the fundamental changes in microeconomic foundation of rural governance and the governance structure caused by non-agriculturization.On the one hand,traditional rural publicity tends to deconstruct and its positive functions of cohesion,enlightenment and stability maintenance are faced with challenges. On the other hand,the reproduction under the background of non-agriculturization is also suffering difficulties of reconstruction. As an important part of governance ecology,rural publicity and rural governance reform co-exist and constitute mutually. The structure and function transformation of rural publicity and its forced reproduction require and boost rural governance reform,which constitute an important social basis of rural governance reform.
