摘要
乡村社会公共性是构建乡村共同体的关键要素。改革开放后,在市场化和城市化的冲击下,乡村社会公共性逐渐消解,乡村共同体面临解析的危险。随着项目治国成为一种新的国家治理方式,进村项目将国家、社会与市场连接起来,通过公共空间再造、公共领域重塑和公共人再生,促进乡村社会公共性再生产,重构乡村共同体,实现乡村振兴。
Rural society publicness is a key factor for the reconstruction of rural community with a shared future.After the reform and opening up,market operation and urbanization have gradually deconstructed the publicness of rural society,threatening rural community on the danger of disaggregation.With project governance becoming a new trend,projects launched at villages have connected the State,society and the market.It has promoted the reproduction of rural society publicness by rebuilding public space,remodeling public sphere and regenerating public human resource.As a result,rural community with a shared future can be reconstructed to revitalize rural society.
