摘要
高等学校招生规模的增加对教学资源的统筹利用提出了新要求,必须重新进行教学资源的预测和统筹。本文以中国民航飞行学院为例,通过计算预测了未来理论教学资源尤其是教室资源的不足,同时对于因资源不足带来的教务部门和服务对象之间的矛盾与冲突,探索如何以柔性化服务和包容性服务的方式来解决。
As enrollment rates in colleges have continued to increase, we must reconsider the overall planning of our teaching resources. Based on the data of Civil Aviation Flight University of China, we found that the shortage of teaching resources, especially classroom insufficiency, would be a big issue. Exploring inclusive and flexible management of services, this paper intends to solve the conflicts between the educational administration department and the service objects.
