摘要
网络教育是随着知识经济的到来和计算机信息网络技术的突飞猛进而产生的一种区别于传统教育方式的组织形式。运用企业管理中的“柔性管理”理论对网络教育的管理进行分析,并提出了在网络教育中实现柔性管理需要注意的一些问题。
distance education is an organizing form which different from traditional education fashion and it produced with the advent of knowledge economy and the advance rapidly of Internet. The article adopts 'flexible management' theoretic of company management analyze management for distance education and bring forward some questions which requested notice about realizing flexible management in distance education.
