摘要
结合铜陵新亚星焦化有限公司实际情况,介绍了脱硫废液提盐工艺流程及特点,采用引进的脱硫废液提盐工艺,对脱硫废液中的混盐进行分离,在不同温度下,先后分离出硫酸铵、硫代硫酸铵以及硫氰酸铵,解决了脱硫废液难处理的问题,并且首次采用了硫氰酸铵转硫氰酸钠工艺。但在运行过程中,存在管道腐蚀、蒸发效能低、精细操作难等问题。针对引进脱硫废液工艺后的生产运行实际情况,对脱硫废液提盐工艺提出了优化改进措施,讨论了改造实施的可能性。
On the basis of the desulfurization liquid salt extraction system of Tongling Xin Yaxing Coking Chemical,Co., Ltd., this paper presented an introduction and analysis of the technology process, technological characteristics in the operation. Using the principle of the ternary phase diagram, mixed salt of desulphurization waste liquid was separated to give ammonium sulfate, ammonium thiocyanate and ammonium thiosulfate at different temperatures, which solved the problem of the desulfurization waste liquid treatment. And, it was the first process to convert ammonium thiocyanate to sodium thiocyanate.However, some problems also existed in the process, such as running pipeline corrosion, low evaporation efficiency, and difficult fine operation. In this paper, improvement measures of the desulfurization waste liquid salt extraction process were put forward and the possibility of implementation was discussed.
