摘要
IGCC是洁净煤发电技术的重要方向之一,其技术关键是煤气化。本文简要介绍了德士古、壳牌、U-gas、GSP、鲁奇、多喷嘴对置、灰熔聚和两段干粉八种煤气化技术的工艺流程及特点。重点介绍了非熔渣-熔渣氧气分级煤气化技术的工艺流程、工艺性能及其工业应用,并与国内外同类技术进行了对比。
IGCC is one of the important aspect of clean coal electric power technology,of which key is coal gasification.The process and unique characteristics of eight gasification technologies including Texco,Shell, U-gas,GSP,Lurgi,、Opposed Multi-burner,Ash Agglomerating Fluidized Bed and Two Stage Pulverized Coal Pressure Gasification are introduced in brief.And the process,performance and it application of the nonmelt- melt staged oxygen coal gasification technology is analyzed comparing with the others.
