摘要
简述了HPF脱硫工艺流程,并分析了其优缺点;对比了几种常见脱硫废液的处理方法,并着重介绍了一种涉及反应、分离等多个过程的HPF脱硫工艺废液处理新技术。该技术虽工艺较长、投资较高,但实现了脱硫废液资源化,且具有处理效率高、产品纯度高、设备成熟可靠等优点,具有良好的技术经济性和应用前景。
The HPF desulfurization process produces large amount of wastewater, and causes serious pollution. Several technologies for COG (coke oven gas) desulfurization wastewater were introduced and compared. A new chemical separation treatment technology for HPF desulfurization wastewater was proposed. The new technology archives the resource reuse of the desulfurization wastewater which has good technical and economic prospeets.
