氨法脱硫废液资源化利用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 焦炉煤气的氨法脱硫是目前焦化行业应用和研究较多的一种脱硫方法。简要描述了焦炉煤气氨法脱硫的技术特点以及脱硫过程中废液的产生和成分,讨论了脱硫废液资源化利用方法如高温裂解法、离子交换法、结晶法、膜分离法、化学沉淀法、萃取法、氧化法以及吸附法等的研究现状和各自的优势与不足。溶析结晶法和吸附法可以很好地提取出废液中的盐分,具有良好的应用前景;采用生物降解技术、研发新型多功能选择性吸附材料和多孔金属复合膜是未来脱硫废液资源化利用发展方向之一。 Ammonia desulphurization of coke oven gas is a desulphurization method widely used and studied in coking industry at present.We briefly describe the technical characteristics of ammonia desulphurization of coke oven gas and the generation and composition of waste liquid in the desulphurization process.Moreover,we discuss the current research status,advantages and disadvantages of the resourceful utilization methods of waste liquid from ammonia desulphurization such as pyrolysis,ion exchange,crystallization,membrane separation,chemical precipitation,extraction,oxidation,and adsorption.The methods of dilution crystallization and adsorption can efficiently extract salts in waste liquid,which have good application prospects.Using biodegradation techniques and developing multifunction selective adsorption materials and porous metal composite membranes are the future development directions in the resourceful utilization of waste liquid from ammonia desulphurization.
