摘要
利用乙醇溶析结晶法从脱硫废液中分离NaSCN,采用平衡法测定Na2S2O3、NaSCN在水和水-乙醇混合溶剂中的溶解度,探讨其随温度及乙醇体积分数的变化趋势。结果表明,加入乙醇作溶析剂使Na2S2O3在混合溶剂中的溶解度减小;乙醇的体积分数较大时,Na2S2O3的溶解度接近0,此时进行分离能从脱硫废液中得到纯度较高的NaSCN;在温度为308.15 K、乙醇体积分数为0.2~0.3时,Na2S2O3和NaSCN的溶解度差值最大。
The solubility of Na2S2O3 and NaSCN which was prepared from the desulphurization waste liquid by means of ethanol precipitation crystallization method in water and water-ethanol mixed solvents was experimentally determined by isothermal method.The results show that high purity sodium thiocyanate can be obtained when ethanol is added to the desulphurization waste liquid as an anti-solvent,and the maximum difference between Na2S2O3 and NaSCN in solubility can be obtained at the temperature of 308.15 K when the ethanol concentration is between 0.2 and 0.3.
