摘要
"师徒制"在我国由来已久,曾是青年掌握技能的重要途径。现如今,"师徒制"对于学生动手能力和职业素质的培养,依然有诸多优势。如何对其改造使之更加适应现代教育体系和培养目标,是笔者近年来一直研究的课题。以高职工程造价专业人才培养为例,阐述现代"师徒制"的运行机制,并通过实践案例分析其培养效果。
" Mentorship" has a long history in China.It was once an important way for the young to master skills.Nowadays, " mentorship" still has many advantages in the cultivation of students’ practical ability and professional quality.How to make it better adapt to modern education system and the training goal has been a topic investigated in recent years.In the case of the cultivation of talents in the major of higher vocational engineering cost,modern " mentorship" running mechanism is elaborated,and through practical case analysis its training effect is analyzed.
