摘要
工程造价专业毕业生主要的就业单位——工程造价咨询企业要求有较强的专业综合能力,而刚毕业的工程造价专业大学生很难满足企业的用人要求,必须经过企业很长一段时间的培训,且投入一大笔培训资金后,才能正式上岗。这就造成了市场人才需求与高职教育产出的矛盾。这一矛盾越来越引起有关学者的关注,笔者对这一现象进行了分析、探讨,并提出解决方案。
The main employment unit of engineering cost graduates--the engineering cost consulting enterprise requires a strong professional comprehensive ability, and the newly graduated engineering cost professional college students are difficult to meet the enterprise's employment requirements, and must be trained by the company for a long time. After investing a large amount of training funds, they can formally go to work. This has created a contradiction between the demand for market talents and the output of higher vocational education. This contradiction has increasingly attracted the attention of relevant scholars.The author has analyzed and discussed this phenomenon and proposed solutions.
