摘要
通过古代文献及临床实践,结合现代医学研究,房繄恭教授总结出卵巢早衰的三大病因为肾精亏虚、冲任失调、情志失调,并针对病因提出了补肾精、调冲任、安神志的针灸治疗治疗原则,通过对一组特定穴位的针刺操作,达到补益肾精、调理冲任、条畅情志的作用,因其具有促进排卵,使月经来复,恢复卵巢功能的疗效,故称为"调经促孕针法",为卵巢早衰的针灸治疗提供思路与方法,收到了较好的临床疗效。
Professor FANG Yi-gong summarized three main pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure(POF) through ancient literatures, clinical practice and combined with modern medical research, which were kidney essence deficiency, incoordination between the Chong and Ren Meridians and emotional disorder, and also put forward acupuncture treatment principles of replenishing kidney essence, coordinating Chong and Ren Meridians, and tranquilizing the mind. Professor FANG selected a group of accupoints to replenish kidney essence, coordinate Chong and Ren Meridians and tranquilize the mind to promote ovulation, so as to achieve the curative effect of restoring regular menstruation and regaining the ovarian function, which was called ‘regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy acupuncture therapy'. This method provided ideas and methods for the acupuncture treatment of POF, which gained good clinical curative effect.
