摘要
对教育评价、教育评估、教育考试概念进行梳理与辨析,探讨了evaluation和assessment术语的翻译及其使用中的区别。在概念辨析的基础上,提出了对相关术语的翻译建议。通过对教育评价与教育评估概念关系的分析,认为这两个概念在本质上并无太大区别,更多的是实践使用中的区别。最后,讨论了教育评价和教育评估与教育考试的关系,澄清了两种常见误解。
This paper discusses the concept of educational evaluation, assessment and testing to clarify understandings. The terminology translation of evaluation and assessment are often leading to misunderstandings across cases and contexts. Through the analysis of the concept of educational evaluation and educational assessment,the author believes that these two concepts are not much different in essence, the main difference is the practice in use. Finally, this paper discusses the relationship between evaluation, assessment and testing to clarify two common misconceptions.
