摘要
目的 :降低输液泵的临床应用风险,提高患者的救治成功率。方法:通过临床调研、数据统计等方法,构建输液泵给药系统,对系统相关因素进行分析和评估,制订风险控制的相关指标。结果:输液泵给药系统风险涉及的环节较多且复杂,作为临床工程人员应当从输液泵、输液材料、临床环境、人为因素4个方面对风险进行控制,保证患者的生命安全。结论:临床工程部门应利用临床工程技术管理手段向输液泵给药系统进行风险渗透,在临床工程相关的层面降低输液泵临床应用的风险,促进输液泵给药安全、有效。
Objective To reduce infusion pump risks to enhance the patient's safety. Methods An infusion pump medication system was developed with clinical investigation and data statistics, and then the factors of the system were analyzed and evaluated to determine the indexes for risk control. Results It's proved that the clinical engineer had to perform risk control from the aspects of infusion pump, infusion materials, clinical circumstance and human factors. Conclusion Clinical engineering strategies have to be involved to control the risks of the infusion pump medication system in the clinical engineering department.
