聚氯乙烯输液器对曲克芦丁的吸附作用考察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:考察曲克芦丁在聚氯乙烯(PVC)输液器中的吸附情况。方法:分别将0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液与曲克芦丁注射液混合(0.9%NS组、5%GS组),模拟临床静脉滴注,流经PVC输液器,在24h内不同时间段收集流出的样品,测pH值,用高效液相色谱法测定样品含量,并分别与流经输液器前的结果进行比较。结果:0.9%NS组与5%GS组流经输液器前、后24h内,pH值及含量均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,PVC输液器对曲克芦丁未见吸附作用。 usion system of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). METHODS: In 0.9% NS group 0.9% sodium chloride injection was mixed with troxerutin injection while in 5%GS group 5% glucose mixed with troxerutin injection. Mixtures were injected intravenously using PVC infusion systems. Samples were collected at different time points within 24 h and their pH values were measured. The content of samples were determined by HPLC and compared with the results of before infusion. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in pH value and content of samples within 24 h before and after infusion in both groups (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: In the study, PVC infusion systems have no adsorption effect on troxerutin.
