3种输液器对紫杉醇注射液的吸附性考察 被引量:8

Absorptivity of Different Infusion Sets on Paclitaxel Injection

摘要 目的:考察紫杉醇配套用输液器、聚氯乙烯(PVC)及聚烯烃热塑弹性体(TPE)输液器对紫杉醇的吸附性,为临床选择输液器提供参考。方法:将紫杉醇配成临床用输注浓度,经配套输液器、PVC及TPE输液器流出,测定不同时间流出液的峰面积,并与0时比较。结果:在总收集液中,配套输液器、PVC及TPE输液器对紫杉醇的吸附率分别为—1.24%、1.8%、0.7%,3种输液器的吸附作用比较没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:3种输液器对紫杉醇均不吸附。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the absorbability of the packaged infusion sets of paclitaxel, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or TPE (polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer) infusion sets on paclitaxel for clinical reference in the choice of infusion sets. METHODS: Solution of paclitaxel was prepared as per actual concentration needed by the clinic, and dripped through PVC, TPE and packaged infusion sets respectively, with the peak area of the dripped solution determined at different time points and compared with that at 0 h. RESULTS: In the end of infusion, the adsorption rate of PVC, TPE and packaged infusion sets on paclitaxel were -1.24%, 1.8%, and 0.7%, respectively, showing no significant differences among the three infusion sets in absorbability(P 〉0.05). CONCLUSION: Three infusion sets have no absorbability on paclitaxel.
