摘要
目的探讨数字化管理在护理工作中的运用效果及价值。方法选取本院2016年9月至2017年9月接收的152例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组76例。两组分别给予数字化管理、常规管理。对比护理人员综合技能考核成绩、护理纠纷事件发生几率、护理满意度等指标。结果 (1)观察组护理人员操作技能、理论知识、应变能力、沟通能力、素质修养评分较对照组均更高;(2)观察组护理纠纷事件发生率较对照组来说显著更低;(3)观察组护理总满意率较对照组显著更高,P<0.05,比较均有统计学意义。结论数字化管理可有效提高护理工作效率,改善护理人员综合技能掌握情况,间接提高护理满意度,降低纠纷事件发生几率,临床实用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application effect and value of digital management in nursing work. Methods A total of 152 patients received from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 76 cases in each group. The two groups were given digital management and routine management. Compare the indicators of comprehensive skills assessment of nursing staff, the probability of occurrence of nursing disputes, and the satisfaction of nursing. Results（1） The nursing staff＇s operation skills, theoretical knowledge, adaptability, communication ability and quality training score were higher than those of the control group;（2） The incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;（3） The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the comparison was statistically significant. Conclusion Digital management can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing work, improve the comprehensive skills of nursing staff, indirectly improve the satisfaction of nursing, reduce the probability of disputes, and have higher clinical practical value.
