精细化管理在临床护理实习生带教中的运用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析在护理实习生的带教过程中使用精细化管理的效果。方法收集护理实习生共68名,通过区组随机化分为对照组(34名)和观察组(34名),对照组接受常规带教,观察组联合精细化管理,将两组临床教学效果进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的临床教学效果更优(P<0.05)。结论在护理实习生的带教过程中,精细化管理能够进一步优化临床带教水平与质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of using fine management in the teaching process of nursing interns. Methods 68 nursing interns were randomly divided into control group(34 cases) and observation group(34 cases). The control group received conventional teaching, and the observation group combined meticulous management. The clinical teaching effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical teaching effect of the observation group was better(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the teaching process of nursing interns, meticulous management can further optimize the level and quality of clinical teaching, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
