摘要
目的 对孟鲁司特钠应用于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的临床效果进行分析研究。方法 选取于2013年7月-2015年7月在我院儿科接受治疗的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿74例,并随机分为参照组（34例）和治疗组（40例）,观察常规治疗与孟鲁司特钠治疗的疗效并比较。结果 治疗组患儿的显效率为65%,治疗总有效率为92.5%,均高于对照组患儿的32.4%和73.5%,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特钠应用于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的临床效果十分显著,能够使患儿的咳嗽、哮喘症状得到迅速缓解。
Objective Clinical effect of montelukast sodium in treatment of children patients with cough variant asthma is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 74 children patients with cough variant asthma who were treated in hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 and separated them into control group（34 patients）and study group（40 patients）at random,and then observed and compared conventional treatment effect to montelukast sodium treatment effect between two groups. Results Patients＇ explicit efficiency and treatment efficacy were 65% and 92.5% respectively in study group,which were higher than counterparts of 32.4% and 73.5% in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value according to T-Check（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium is effective in treatment of children patients with cough variant asthma,it is conducive to improving patients＇ symptoms of cough and asthma.
