摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠辅以中药对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法选择本院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的住院及门诊患儿97例,分为对照组49例和治疗组48例,对照组予以硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入,3次/d,1喷/次,酮替芬口服,3～5岁0.4mg,6～9岁0.75mg,9～12岁1mg,2次/d;治疗组48例予以孟鲁司特钠,3～5岁4mg,6～12岁5mg,1次/d,睡前服,辅以中药,每日1剂,分2次服。两组均用药2周后,比较两组总有效率、临床症状缓解时间及肺功能变化。结果治疗组咳嗽消失时间及肺部哮鸣音消失时间均快于对照组,两组比较,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05);治疗组患儿FEV1和PEF%显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司钠辅以中药对改善儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的肺功能及临床症状有明显的效果。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effect of montelukast sodium supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine for children with cough variant asthma. Methods Ninety seven inpatient and outpatient children treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were divided into control group （49 cases） and treatment group （48 cases）. The control group was treated by salbutamol sulphate aerosol inhalation, 3 times per day, 1 spray per time, and ketotifen taken orally, 0.4 mg for 3 to 5 years old children, 0,75 mg for 6 tO 9 years old children, 1 mg for 9 to 12 years old children, 2 times per day. While the treatment group was treated by montelukast sodium, 4 mg for 3 to 5 years old children, 5 mg for 6 to 12 years old children, 1 time per day taken orally before sleeping and supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine, 1 agent per day taken orally in two times. After two weeks of medication, the total ef- fective rate, the alleviating time of clinical symptoms and lung function changes of both groups were compared. Re- suits The time of cough and lungs wheeze disappearing in treatment group was earlier than that in control group with statistic difference （P 〈 0.05）; the total effective rate （93.75%） of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （81.63%） （P 〈 0.05）; the FEV1 and PEF% of treatment group was significantly higher than that of con- tz＇ol group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For children with cough variant asthma, montelukast sodium supplemented by tra- ditional Chinese medicine has significant effect in improving lung function and clinical symptoms,
