摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果。方法 80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,实验组采用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠药物治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组满意度为92.5%,明显高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于患有咳嗽变异性哮喘疾病的患儿而言,优先给予布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠药物治疗可显著提升疗效与满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by budesonide combined with montelukast sodiumin the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma.Methods A total of80children patients with cough variantasthma were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with40cases in each group.Thecontrol group received budesonide for treatment,and the experimental group received budesonide combined withmontelukast sodium for treatment.Clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The experimentalgroup had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment as97.5%than72.5%in the control group,and theirdifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had much higher satisfaction degree as92.5%than67.5%in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionPrior implement of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium for children patients with cough variant asthmacan remarkably improve curative effect and satisfaction degree,and it is worth promoting.
