摘要
实践证明,微格教学实验是师范生教学技能训练的有效手段。分析了微格教学实验课程的意义,总结了微格教学实验课程存在的问题,包括:课时少,培训项目不全;实验室不足,设备陈旧;课程内容不能反映学科的特点;课程评价体系不完善。最后,提出了微格教学实验课程的创新模式。
The level of teaching skills of normal school students is the foundation,who will become qualified teachers.Microteaching experiments are the effective section of teaching skill training based on the practice at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the significance of curriculum of microteaching experiments,summarizes some problems,including that the lesson is less,and there are not all training projects;the laboratory is deficiency,and the equipment is obsolete;the content of the course can not reflect the characteristics of the subject;and the curriculum evaluation system is not perfect.Finally,this paper puts forward the innovative mode of curriculum of microteaching experiments.
