摘要
创新人才培养普遍受到重视,但创新人才挖掘几乎是空白。本文从高校创新人才概念及特征入手,借助调查分析研究高校创新人才挖掘存在的主要问题,在此基础上探讨解决问题的路径和方法。
In recent years innovative talents＇ cultivation has been paid widespread attention,but the innovative talents exploring achieves little.This paper,from the concept and features of innovative talents in universities,based on the survey,analyzes the main problems of innovative talents exploring in universities and further discusses the paths and methods to solve the problems.
