摘要
通过对江西六所高校的大学生和部分成功人士的调查,了解高校创新人才挖掘的现状、存在的问题及原因,分析数据并探讨解决问题的对策,筛选出创新人才应具有的原始特征,为创建高校创新人才挖掘指标体系做好基础工作。
By way of the investigation of the students in six universities of Jiangxi and some successful people, the paper aims to find out status quo, problems and reasons existing in exploration of innovative talents in universities, to probe into countermeasures to these problems after analyzing the data, to filter out original features innovative talents should have, and to prepare foundation for building target system of innovative talents exploration.
