摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS-MS)同时测定豆芽中4种植物生长调节剂(6-苄基腺嘌呤、赤霉酸、对氯苯氧乙酸、咪酰胺)残留的方法。样品加入少量无水硫酸钠后采用含1%(V/V)乙酸的乙腈溶液提取,Qu ECh ERS(PSA+C18)净化。在ESI源下进行正负离子切换扫描检测,以保留时间和特征离子对定性,外标法定量。结果表明4种待测物质在1.0-200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,定量离子对的相关系数大于0.9990。方法定量限(S/N=10)赤霉酸为20μg/kg,其余三种均为2.5-5.0μg/kg,方法回收率为81.3%-102.5%。本文提供了质谱中正负离子切换同时检测多个植物生长调节剂残留的方法,可满足一针进样同时测定,前处理方法简便,回收率高,可应用于豆芽中4种植物生长调节剂残留的日常检测。
A method was developed for the simultaneous detection of 4 plant growth regulator residues in bean sprouts by positive and negative ion of HPLC-MS-MS. The samples added by a small amount of Sodium sulfate were extracted with Acetonitrile containing 1% Acetic acid (V/V), and purified with QuEChERS (PSA + C18 ). By the ion source of ESI, the positive and negative ion switch was detected, the retention time and the characteristic ion pair were qual- itative, and the external standard method was quantitative. The results showed that the calibration curves of 4 kinds of materials tested were good linearity in the range of 10 -200 μg/L, and the correlation coefficients of quantitative ion pair were more than 0. 9990. The method quantitative limit (S/N = 10) of Gibberellin was 20 μg/kg, the other three were 2.5 -5.0 μg/kg, and the average recoveries were 81.3 % - 102.5%. In this paper, a method for simultaneous detection of 4 plant growth regulator residues by positive and negative ion switch in the Liquid tandem mass spectrometer can be used for the simultaneous determination of a needle into the samples. The method is simple and effective, which can meet the requirements for the determination of 4 plant growth regulator residues in bean sprouts.
