气相色谱-串联质谱法测定豆芽中3种生长调节剂 被引量:7

摘要 建立气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱同时测定豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸(4-CPA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)3种植物生长调节剂残留量的方法。结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂在0.5~10.0μg/mL范围内呈现良好线性关系,相关系数0.9959~0.9994,方法检出限为6.0~9.0μg/kg,定量限为12.0~23.0μg/kg,加标回收率为82.1%~106%,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.9%~7.5%。该方法灵敏、快速、准确,适用于豆芽中植物生长调节剂的痕量分析。 A gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(GC-MS/MS)method for the determination of 3 plant growth regulators(PGRs),including 4-CPA,IAA and IBA,was set up.The results showed that 3 PGRs had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5~10.0μg/mL,the correlation coefficient were 0.9999~0.9994,the detection(LOD)were 6.0~9.0μg/kg and the limits of quantification(LOQ)were 12.0~23.0μg/kg,the recoveries were 82.1%~106%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)were 2.9%~7.5%.This method was sensitive,rapid and accurate,it can be used for the determination of plant growth regulators in bean sprouts.
