摘要
植物生长调节剂在现代农业生产中对植物生长有着极其重要的作用,可影响和调控植物的生长和发育,为有效调节作物产量、改善品质,达到稳产增产,植物生长调节剂在农业生产中必不可少。近年来,蔬菜水果生产中滥用植物生长调节剂的现象比较严重,相关食品安全问题广受关注,相关检测方法层出不穷。本文对蔬菜水果中多种常见植物生长调节剂的前处理技术、分析检测技术以及相应的限量要求进行了综述。
Plant growth regulators play an extremely important role in plant growth in modern agricultural production,which can affect and regulate the growth and development of plants.In order to effectively adjust crop yield,improve quality,and achieve stable and increased yield,plant growth regulators are essential in agricultural production.In recent years,the phenomenon of abuse of plant growth regulators in the production of vegetables and fruits is more serious,and the related food safety problems are widely concerned,and the related detection methods emerge in an endless stream.This paper reviews the pretreatment technology,analytical detection technology and corresponding limit requirements of many common plant growth regulators in vegetables and fruits.
