摘要
在高等教育全面改革的推进下,高校教师面临着巨大的职业压力,民办高校教师的职业压力更为显著,其中又以民办医学院校教师尤其明显。该课题组采用束仁龙[1]的《高校教师职业压力来源问卷》对山东省民办医学院校的教师进行抽样调查与分析,结果显示:民办医学院校教师总体职业压力普遍较大,并在职称、教龄、学历等不同人口学变量上存在差异。
In advance of the comprehensive reform of higher education, college teachers faced with tremendous professional pressure, the occupational stress of teachers in private colleges and universities is more significant, which teachers in private college is particularly evident.＂Questionnaire on Sources of College teachers Occupational Stress＇by Shu Renlong was adopted by this group to sampling investigation and analysis on the teachers of private medical colleges in Shandong province,The results showed that teachers＂ occupational stress in private medical colleges overall generally larger, and in the title, seniority, education and other demographic variables difference.
