摘要
以往对人才队伍建设的研究存在对集团企业人才队伍建设质量评价进行指标化的空白点。为解决人才队伍建设工作中出现的与战略脱节,缺乏兼具系统性、差异性、动态性质量评价指标和相配套的资源保障与管理支持等问题,本文通过建立周全缜密的设计思路与原则,按照科学严谨的步骤,构建了一套适用于大型集团企业的人才队伍建设质量评价指标体系,并通过实践案例加以具体分析,以期对其他集团企业科学合理评价人才队伍建设质量、提升人才队伍建设管理机制的针对性和有效性起到借鉴作用。
There is a vacancy of construction of talent team study that previous researchers don' t pay attention to establishing the indicator system to evaluate construction quality of group enterprise talent team. In order to solve these problems such as talent team construction work is divorced from strategy, the lack of systemic, diversity and dynamic evaluation indexes of quality and corresponding resource protection and management support, firstly, we establish an evaluation indicator system of construction quality of group enterprise talent team which is suitable for largescale group corporations by establishing thorough and meticulous design thoughts and principles, according to the scientific and rigorous building steps. Secondly, we make a concrete analysis by a practical case. Finally, we expect this paper can help other group enterprises to evaluate the construction quality of talent team scientifically and rationally, and promote the relevance and effectiveness of the talent team building management system.
