摘要
简要回顾了管理科学方法的发展历史,并将其划分为两个层次三个方面,同时介绍了物理-事理-人理(WSR)系统方法的内容、步骤、特点及应用原则。该法试图利用人的理性思维的定性、连续、多层次和阶序性及形象思维的综合、灵活和创意性,应用已有的科学知识技术手段,结合社会学、心理学和行为科学知识,充分调动人的主动性、创造性去实现人类认识世界改造世界改造社会实践活动的高效益和高效率。
Firstly, the development of management science methods is briefly reviewed in this paper and they are divided into two levels and three aspects. Then the content, process, characteristics and applying principles of Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR) systems approach are introduced. This approach tries to take great advantage of the qualification, continuity, multilevel of human's rational thinking and people's synthesis, flexibility and creativity by means of images. It also makes full use of scientific knowledge and technical methods combining with sociology, psychology and behavior science to achieve great effectiveness and efficiency of practical activities of reforming subjective world and society.
