摘要
以1 726名中学生为研究对象,采用中学生心理素质问卷(简化版)、情绪调节量表和生活满意度量表,探讨中学生心理素质、生活满意度与情绪调节策略的关系。结果表明:(1)女生在心理素质适应性维度的得分显著高于男生,男生在表达抑制策略上得分显著高于女生;(2)中学生的心理素质总分及各维度得分与生活满意度之间有显著的正相关,认知重评策略与生活满意度之间存在显著的正相关;(3)相对于表达抑制策略,认知重评策略在中学生的心理素质与生活满意度之间起部分中介作用。
This article aims at exploring the relationship between psychological Suzhi and life satisfaction,and analyzing the mediating effects of emotion regulation strategies on middle school students' psychological Suzhi and life satisfaction with the questionnaire survey of 1726 middle school students.The research has the following findings.(1)The girls' scores are significantly higher than the boys' in adaptability of psychological Suzhi,but significantly lower than the boys' scores in suppression strategies.(2)There is a significantly positive correlation between psychological Suzhi and life satisfaction,and a significantly positive correlation between reappraisal strategies and life satisfaction.(3)Compared with the suppression strategies,the reappraisal strategies show a partial mediating effect on psychological Suzhi and life satisfaction.
