摘要
为提高地铁运营安全水平,基于文献综述及调查问卷的方式,从个人、设备、组织、任务、工作环境及运营环境角度归纳48个地铁运营人因失误影响因素,结合专家评价,运用模糊数方法,计算各因素的隶属度并进行辨识。从已辨识的48个影响因素中选取隶属度排名前15的因素进行分析,发现个人因素部分是影响地铁运营人因失误的关键,并论证了这15个因素和地铁运营人因失误之间的关系。
In order to improve the safety of subway operation, the influencing factors of human errors on subway operation are studied. Based on literature review and expert interview, 48 influencing factors are selected from the following aspects, Individu- al, equipment, organization, task, work environment and operation environment. Fuzzy number method was employed to calcu- late the degree of membership of the influencing factors. The key factors were identified during the experts~ evaluation. The top 15 influencing factors were analyzed. The results indicate that factors from individual aspect were very important to human error. Meanwhile, the relation between the 15 factors and human error was confirmed. This research provides an effective direction for safety management of subway operation.
