摘要
PDCA是由计划(P)、执行(D)、检查(C)、处理(A)四个方面组成的一个完整的质量控制环,通过不断循环执行,提升质量管理水平。文章结合医疗质量管理工作实践,具体阐述PDCA循环在医患关系管理中的应用,并评价其管理效果。
PDCA was the abbreviation for Plan （P） - Do （D） - Check （C） - Action （ A）, which composes a complete quality control cycle. Through continuous circulation, the quality of management level was enhanced. Combined with the practice of medical quality management, this paper expounded the application of PDCA circulation in the doctorpatient relationship management, and evaluated the management effect.
