摘要
目的:观察中医综合治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择膝骨性关节炎患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予手术治疗,观察组给予中药联合针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后SF-36评分情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后体能、精神状况、社会活动、心理状况、体能状况、精力、疼痛、一般健康状况得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后显效率(83.33%)优于对照组(50.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of TCM comprehensive therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 120 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were performed operation while observation group were Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment. The clinical effects and the scores of SF-36 before and after the treatment were compared. Results ： After the treatment, the scores of physical ability, mental state, social activities, psychological state, energy, pain and general health condition in observation group were higher than these in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The marked effective rate of observation group （ 83.33% ） was higher than that of control group （50.00%） ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion： Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment has satisfactory therapeutic effects on knee osteoarthritis.
