摘要
目的:观察和评价奇正消痛贴膏治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将160例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为奇正消痛贴膏试验组及麝香壮骨膏对照组,每组各80例,治疗1个疗程后对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组有效率为96.25%,愈显率为51.25%;对照组有效率为88.75%,愈显率为23.75%。试验组愈显率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奇正消痛贴膏治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效满意。
Objective： To observe and evaluate Qizheng Xiaotong plaster treatment of knee osteoarthritis effects. Methods： 160 patients randomly divided into treatment group （Qizheng Xiaotong plaster） and control group （Shexiang Zhuanggu plas- ter）, each group had 80 patients, efficacy of two groups were observed after a course of treatment. Results： In treatment group effective rate was 96.25%, markedly effective rate was 51.25%, and control group effective rate was 88.75%, markedly effective rate was 23.75%. Markedly effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： Effect of Qizheng Xiaotong Plaster in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is satisfactory.
