摘要
随着集成电路技术的飞速发展,集成电路的设计和制造也变得更加复杂。目前,数字集成电路系统成为研究的主流,并且在很多方面都表现出了较大的积极作用。相对而言,数字集成电路系统的优化速度较快,尤其是在基本构成和测试技术方面,会依据实际的需求而进行优化处理,满足客观工作的需求。在构成方面,需满足各个领域的要求。在测试技术方面,则要完成本质上的进步,确保数字集成电路系统可达到较多的功能效果,创造更大的价值。文章针对数字集成电路系统的基本构成、测试技术开展深入研究,健全工作体系。
With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology, integrated circuit design and manufacturing have become more complicated.At present,the digital integrated circuit system has become the mainstream of the research,and in many respects,showed a larger positive role.Relatively,optimization of digital integrated circuit system faster, especially in terms of basic composition and testing technology, and optimized is on the basis of the actual demand,to meet the requirements of objective work. In terms of form,to meet the requirements of various fields;In testing technology, the progress,to complete the essence to ensure the function of the digital integrated circuit system can achieve more effect,create greater value. In the future research should be aimed at the basic composition of digital integrated circuit system,test technology to carry out in-depth study, improve the work system.
