学校模式教育对糖尿病自我管理水平的效果评价 被引量:1

THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL EDUCATION MODEL ON THE LEVEL OF SELF- MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH DIABETES

摘要 目的评价学校模式教育干预对提高糖尿病患者自我管理水平的效果。方法将107例糖尿病患者随机分为试验组(n=56)与对照组(n=51),试验组采用学校模式进行短期强化教育,对照组采用传统健康教育,比较入组时及教育后3个月、6个月、1年的体重指数(BMI)和糖代谢指标,研究前后用自我管理量表评价糖尿病患者自我管理能力。结果学校模式教育后试验组患者的BMI、空腹血糖(FBS)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)与干预前和对照组比较有显著改善(p<0.05);自我管理水平5维度得分(足部护理除外)与干预前及对照组比较均显著上升(p<0.05)。结论短期强化学校模式教育对糖尿病患者改善代谢指标,提高自我管理水平有明显的促进作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of school education model on the level of self- management of patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 107 subjects were randomly administrated to short- term intensive education in scholastic model as the model group( n = 57) and traditional health education as the control group( n = 50). Anthropometric characters,glycometabolism results and questionnaire score of self- management were measured and compared between two groups in the 3rd,6th and 12 th mouth.Results The BMI,FBS,Hb A1 c and self- management score( except the foot care dimensionality) of the model group were significantly improved than the baseline and the control group after intervention. Conclusion The short- term intensive education in school educationmodel can significantly improve the metabolic condition and self- management level of patients with diabetes.
