摘要
目的 分析多媒体教育应用于2型糖尿病患者饮食教育中的效果。方法 随机选取2013年5月~2014年8月我院收治的120例2型老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照1∶1比例分为两组,对照组60例实施传统饮食教育模式,观察组60例则在传统饮食教育模式的基础上增加多媒体教育,评估不同教育方法实施后两组患者的血糖水平以及自护行为能力评分、饮食知识评分情况。结果 干预后,两组的血糖水平与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预后观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平分别为（6.0±2.3）、（8.5±1.9）mmol/L,与对照组的（7.8±3.2）、（10.2±3.6）mmol/L比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。自护行为能力评分优于对照组;观察组饮食知识评分为（94.1±2.3）分,明显高于对照组的（82.4±3.1）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用多媒体饮食教育方法,可显著提高患者对糖尿病饮食相关知识的了解,更好控制血糖水平,应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze effect of multimedia education on diet education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with 2 type old diabetes mellitus admitted into our hospital from May 2013 to August 2014 were randomly selected as research object and divided into two groups according to 1：1 proportion,60 patients in con- trol group were implemented traditional diet education mode,while 60 patients in observation group were given multi- media education based on traditional diet education mode,blood glucose levels,self-care ability score and diet knowl- edge score in two groups after different educational methods were evaluated.Results After intervention,blood glucose levels in two groups were significantly different than those before intervention （P〈0.05）.Fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level in the observation group was （6.0±2.3）,（8.5±1.9） mmol/L,compared with （7.8±3.2）, （10.2±5.6） mmol/L in the control group there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Self-care ability scores in the observa- tion group was superior to that in the control group;diet knowledge score in the observation group was （94.1±2.3）scores, significantly higher than （82.4±5.1） scores in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multimedia diet education for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the under- standing of diet-related knowledge,more control blood glucose levels and has notable effect.
