摘要
为提高核电设计、工艺、制造、质量管理等人员对ASME规范和RCC-M规范在压力容器大型锻件取样位置差异性的理解,通过分析其在反应堆压力容器锻件中不同取样位置和热处理厚度要求方面的差异,得出ASME规范是通过限制最大热处理厚度及加工余量来控制锻件热处理厚度,而RCC-M规范是通过锻件评定的方法来证明大型锻件的内部质量。不管采用哪种规范,取样位置必须具有代表性,其测定值能真正代表产品的性能,满足适用标准的要求。
In order to obtain the better understanding of the difference in the sampling location of Reactor Pressure Vessel Forgings between ASME and RCC-M code,the difference in the requirement of sampling location and heat treatment thickness of reactor pressure vessel forgings between ASME and RCC-M code was analyzed. The conclusion is that ASME code is to control the thickness of heat treatment by limiting the thickness of heat treatment and machining allowance,while RCC-M code is to prove the internal quality by forging evaluation. Regardless of the code,the sampling position must be representative,the measurement value can really represent the performance of the product,and meet the requirements of different code.
