摘要
取样方向关系到金属材料力学性能试验结果的客观性。对RCC-M第Ⅱ卷M篇中各奥氏体不锈钢锻件制品采购技术规范的拉伸试验取样方向进行研究,分析RCC-M中对取样方向的定义和选取原则,同时对Z2CND18-12(控氮)锻件拉伸试验数据进行统计学分析,研究取样方向对拉伸性能的影响及相关原因,便于工程人员正确理解和使用RCC-M规范中取样方向要求。
The sampling direction is related to the accuracy of the mechanical property test results of metal materials.The sampling direction for tensile test of austenitic stainless steel forgings in part m of Volume II of RCC-M is studied,and the definition and selection principle of sampling direction in RCC-M are analyzed.At the same time,the tensile test data of Z2CND18-12(nitrogen control)forgings are statistically analyzed to study the influence of sampling direction on tensile properties and related reasons,so that engineers can correctly understand and use the requirements of sampling direction in RCC-M specification.
