摘要
以工业ZL102合金为原材料,采用正交实验方法,研究液态模锻工艺参数对Al-Si合金液锻件热处理前后的力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,液态模锻组织比常压金属型组织细小;液锻件经过退火处理之后,组织比热处理前均匀,晶粒细小。
Taking industrial ZL102 alloy as raw materials in liquid die-forging, the effect of the process parameters in liquid die-forging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the liquid die-forgings of Al-Si alloy before and after heat treatment was studied by orthogonal experimental method. Tile results show that the microstructure of liquid die-forgings is finer than that of atmospheric pressure; after annealing, the liquid die-forgings is more uniform in microstrueture and finer in grain size.
