摘要
采用液态模锻代替压力铸造生产摩托车铝合金轮毂 ,克服了制件内部容易产生气孔及强度差的缺点 ,介绍了其液态模锻模具结构及解决锻件热处理后产生气泡的措施和防止粘模的方法。
Liquid forging was adopted to take the place of die casting to manufacture the aluminum_alloy hub of the motorcycle. It overcame the disadvantages of die casting that easily causes air holes inside the part and produces a low strength. The structure of the liquid forging die was introduced. And the measures to avoid air bubbles in the forged part after heat treatment and the method to prevent the part from sticking to the die were put forward.
