摘要
制备了具有不同阳离子强度的叔胺型有机硅改性阳离子水性聚氨酯活性染料湿摩擦色牢度提升剂,研究了聚氨酯阳离子单体用量对其乳液稳定性和主要应用性能的影响.结果表明:水性聚氨酯高分子骨架上适度的阳离子强度可有效改善其对棉纤维及染料分子中阴离子基团的吸附,综合考虑高分子助剂制备的可控性、成品乳液的稳定性和主要应用性能,确定最佳叔胺型阳离子聚合单体用量为8.0%;处理后的活性染料染色织物湿摩擦色牢度可提升约1级.
Different intensity of cationic tertiary amine type organic-silicone modified cationic waterborne polyurethane reactive dye wet-rubbing fastness improver was prepared. The influences of dosage of polyure-thane cationic monomer on emulsion stability and the main application properties were studied. The results showed that: moderate cationic intensity in waterborne polyurethane polymer scaffold could effectively im-prove the adsorption of cotton fiber and anionic group in dye molecules. Comprehensive consideration of the control ability of the macromolecule assistant preparation, the stability of the emulsion and the main applica-tion properties, the best cationic polymerization monomer dosage was determined as 8.0%. The wet rubbing fastness of the treated reactive dyed fabric was improved by 1 degree.
