摘要
分析了亚麻/真丝纤维交织物的烧毛、前处理、染色和整理等工艺参数,采用净洗酶前处理,以降低 损伤真丝组分;选用汽巴克隆LS染料,pH值为4～5,元明粉用量为30～40g/L,纯碱10g/L,70℃固色,以 获得染色同色性。用纤维素酶后处理可提高产品的舒适感。
Union fabric woven with different fibers offers unique properties, so the dyeing and finishing process should be carefully selected. Factors exerting influence on the singeing, pretreatment, dyeing, post treatment and finishing for linen/silk mixture are discussed. The results show that cleansing enzyme pretreatment can meet the requirements while low damage to silk; dyeing with Cibacron LS at pH value 4~5, with sodium sulfate 30~40 g/L, soda 10 g/L, fixing at 70 ℃ can obtain union shade. Cellulase treatment can enhance the comfortability of the fabric.
