摘要
为提高甲壳素/棉混纺织物的染色同色性,采用阳离子醚化剂3-氯-2羟-丙基氯化铵进行改性预处理,研究了预处理工艺条件(醚化剂、NaOH用量,处理时间及温度)对织物活性染料染色性能的影响。确定了最佳的阳离子改性工艺条件:阳离子化试剂50 g/L,氢氧化钠15 g/L,处理时间40 m in,处理温度60℃。结果表明,在该工艺条件下,甲壳素/棉混纺织物可实现活性染料一浴法染色,同色性得到提高,对抗菌性和皂洗牢度影响小。
To obtain union dyed cotton-chitosan blended fabric, cationic modification was carried out with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl ammonium chloride. The influence of pretreatment condition (including concentration of etherifying agent and NaOH, treating time and temperature) to reactive dyeing behavior of the fabric was researched. The optimal process condition of cationic modification for cotton fiber was confirmed as follows: cationic agent 50 g/L, NaOH 15 g/L, treating 40 min at 60 ℃. As a result, it was showed that the blended fabric could be dyed to the same color by one bath method with satisfied color fastness and bacterial repellency.
