摘要
采用阳离子化试剂对棉纤维改性,并运用到棉/毛混纺织物上,探讨了温度、pH值、时间、用量对染色效果的影响。结果表明,最佳改性工艺为:NaOH质量浓度30 g/L,改性剂质量浓度40 g/L,改性温度40℃。最佳染色工艺:染料用量2%(owf);pH值=8;染色时间40 min;染色温度90℃,最终色差级为4~5。
In this paper, cationic reagents were used to modify the cotton fiber, and also were applied to cot- ton / wool blended fabric. The influences of temperature, time, concentration, pH value on dyeing effects were investigated. The results show that, the optimal modification conditions are as follows: NaOH concentra- tion of 30 g/L, modifier concentration of 40 g/L, and modification temperature of 40 ℃. The optimum dyeing process is as follows : dye dosage of 2 % , pH value of 8, staining time of 40 min, dyeing temperature of 90℃, and the final color difference level of 4 to 5.
