摘要
聚氨酯作为一类具有良好的机械性能高分子材料,在很多范围内得到应用。水性聚氨酯的问世,更是适应了目前化工环保化的趋势。然而水性聚氨酯的耐水、耐溶剂、耐候等方面表现较差。本文介绍了目前国内外水性聚氨酯的研究应用现状,以及水性聚氨酯的几种改性方法:交联改性,互穿网络改性,环氧树脂改性,有机硅改性,多重改性等。同时也指出今后水性聚氨酯改性的发展趋势。
The polyurethane is used in many ficlds as one kind of polymer material with good mechanical capability. The water soluble polyurethane suits to the development trend. But it is not good in water-resistant, solvent-resistant, atmospheric corrosion resistant. This paper introduced the current study about the water soluble polyurethane in home and abroad. Such as cross linking, interpenetrating web, modifying with adhesive-epoxy, modifying with silicone and multitude modifying. At the end, the soluble polyurethane development trends were pointed.
