摘要 本文研究了几种聚氨酯——聚丙烯酸酯乳液复合的方法。制备了新单体N-(4'-甲基-3'-二正丁脲基)苯基氨基甲酸丙烯酰氧-2-丙酯,使其与内烯酸酯类单体共聚,显著提高了聚合物的抗张强度。简单介绍了聚合物膜接技法,共混复合法和种子聚合法的实施方法、聚合物膜性能及粒子结构等有关研究内容。实验表明,用几种方法都可以获得综合性能好的复合聚合物乳液。 Several methods of preparing Polurethane/Polyacrylate composite latices are briefly dis cussed in this article. Firstly a new monomer propenoic acyloxy—2—propane B— (4' -methyl- 3 -di-n-butylureido) -phenyl catbamate was prepared and copolymerized with acryylate monomers. The copolymerization of this new monomer with acrylate monomers contributed very much to enhancing the tensile strength of the polymer films. Secondly the reactive low- moleculqr-weight polyurethane aqueous dispersions were prepared and mixed with acrylate poly mers latices with hydroxyl groups on the macromolecular chains. From these latices formed the composite polymer films of fairly good properties. And as the third method, blending polyurethane latices with acrylate polymers latices produced polymer films of good properties and with improved compatibility between polyurethane and acrylate polymers. Finally, seed emulsion polymerizaton was employed as the fourth method. This method was proved to be successful in grafting acrylate polymer chains onto polyurethane and producing polymer films with balancded properties and especially low brittle temperature.
