摘要 放射治疗是非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)主要的治疗手段之一,并在NSCLC的综合治疗中具有至关重要的作用。随着放射治疗技术的快速发展,三维适形放射治疗、调强放射治疗及立体定向放射治疗等在NSCLC治疗中发挥的作用越来越大,放射治疗精度的提高在提高肿瘤局部控制率的同时有效地降低了正常组织的副反应。现代影像技术的进展及临床应用是精确放射治疗的前提,正电子发射体层显像-计算机断层扫描技术(PET-CT)能有效提供解剖及功能学等影像信息,在NSCLC放射治疗前的诊断及分期、放射治疗计划过程中的精确靶区勾画及放射治疗后疗效的判断等方面发挥越来越重要的作用。 Radiation therapy is one of the main means of treatment for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). With the rapid development of modern technology, three dimensional conformal radiotherapy, intensity modulated radiotherapy, stereotactic radiotherapy play a very important role in this field. The use of the state-of-art radiation modality can definitely improves the accuracy of the treatment, which results in improving the local control rate of tumor and reducing the adverse reaction of normal tissue. Advances in modern imaging device and its clinical application is the premise of precise radiotherapy. Positron emission tomography and computed tomography(PET-CT) can effectively provide anatomical and functional information; it plays a more and more important role in the diagnosis of NSCLC before radiotherapy, the process of precise target delineation and also the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy after radiotherapy.
