摘要
针对CT图像的特点,提出了一种基于轮廓形状的层间插值算法,使用该算法得到的插值图像不仅在灰度上,而且在组织形状上都更接近实物。该算法与传统的插值方法相比,其视觉效果和计算误差均有较好的改进。该算法已用VC6.0编程实现,并应用于医学三维重建系统中,能够有效消除三维重建时由于断层间距过大导致的梯田效应,效果符合医学诊断要求。
Considering the characteristics of CT image, a kind of interpolation algorithm based on contour shape is presented. The image interpolated by this algorithm can make good use of Anatomical Structures and Volume Relativity. Compared with the traditional interpolation algorithms, the new algorithm improves visual effect and reduces interpolation error greatly. The algorithm has been implemented in VC6.0 and used in medical 3 D reconstruction. The terrace phenomenon is avoided effectively, which meets the requirement of medical diagnose.
